Move Towards Trust-Based Philanthropy
UWNCNM partners with community agencies to address systemic inequities. Trust-based philanthropy is a tangible way to begin putting this intention into action. UWNCNM is excited to continue its journey utilizing trust-based philanthropy in Santa Fe County for its second grant cycle. Changes this year include:
- Offering General Operating Dollar awards for Human Needs grants to fund overall agency outcomes
- Streamlined grant application
- Grant review panels comprised of UWNCNM staff as well as community members that live in Santa Fe County
- Agency-friendly application and timely grant reporting process
