Rising Together is a collective impact initiative serving communities across north central New Mexico. With guidance from advisory groups of community leaders, including the Vision Council and Albuquerque Career Connect, Rising Together is committed to improving school attendance and graduation rates, housing stability, and overall community health and safety.

To strengthen educational outcomes and promote postsecondary readiness, Rising Together supports community-driven, work-based learning opportunities through ABQ Career Connect for middle school students and the Academies for Albuquerque in high schools.
