A Year of Impact: 2025 at United Way of North Central New Mexico

This year, our core programs continued to support thousands of families across the region. Through the 211 Helpline, the Family Advocacy Center, Tax Help New Mexico, and Rising Together, we connected people with vital resources, expanded pathways to stability, and supported young people as they build brighter futures.

But none of this work happens alone. We are proud to partner with nonprofits across Bernalillo, Sandoval, Torrance, Santa Fe, and Valencia counties,  organizations that show up every day to strengthen our community. You can learn more about the nonprofits and programs we supported this year by visiting our Meet Our Grantees page.

Celebrating Community in 2025

As we close out 2025, we’re reflecting with gratitude on a year defined by partnership, service, and community strength. United Way of North Central New Mexico exists to bring people, resources, and services together in ways that help every member of our community thrive.

Guided by our impact areas- Youth Opportunity, Healthy Community, Financial Security, and Resilient Communities- we worked alongside partners, donors, volunteers, and local nonprofits to move important work forward.

Working Together for Community Well-Being

From April’s Mosaic Celebration, honoring our region’s diversity and collective impact, to October’s Day of Caring, where volunteers joined forces to support neighbors in need, this year reaffirmed the power of coming together.

Our donor groups, volunteer teams, and corporate and community partners once again fueled meaningful change — organizing service projects, supporting fundraising efforts, and championing programs that lift families and strengthen neighborhoods.

Looking Ahead to 2026

As we enter a new year, our commitment remains the same: create opportunities, expand access, and build systems that support lasting change. With your partnership, we will continue driving progress across our four impact areas and ensuring every person in north central New Mexico has the chance to live a healthy, stable, and hopeful life.

From all of us at UWNCNM- thank you for being part of this work. We wish you a warm, joyful, and healthy holiday season.
